Meet Our CEO

Emmanuel Ugbodu is the company's director, who has vast knowledge of both the security and shipping industries. A multilingual individual who has served as a safety officer with various Maritime Workers' Unions, ensuring health and safety in maritime workplaces in West Africa through collective bargaining. He also worked with the Red Cross and the security industries in various capacities in the United Kingdom and Sub-Saharan Africa.

He studied Modern European languages and has various certifications in Health and Safety on land and at sea in adherence to the Occupational Health and Safety Law. He is a graduate who has an LL.B with (Hons) in Law, Crime, and Criminal Justice, with an interest in counter-terrorism and the prevention of terrorist precursor offences. Furthermore, he has a Master of Laws degree in International Maritime Law and is interested in the Oil and Gas sector.

With a strong record in both UK and Africa, Emmanuel brings a unique blend of legal expertise, operational excellence, and commitment to advancing maritime security standards globally.
